About the X-3
- Spacious Design: The X-3 wash bay measures approximately 3000mm in width and 4500mm in depth, providing ample space for various washing needs.
- Modular Base Sections: Comprised of three modular base sections, each 1500mm by 3000mm, ensuring easy assembly and customisation.
- High Walls: The X-3 features 2200mm high walls on two sides to effectively reduce overspray. These are made using materials designed to minimise sticking of debris and are very easy to clean. Optional additional walls are available to further enhance containment.
Accessibility
Anti-Slip Ramps: Standard access is provided by two galvanized anti-slip ramps, ensuring safe and easy entry and exit. Additional ramps can be ordered to suit specific requirements.
Advanced Water Management
- Efficient Floor Pan: The washbay floor pan directs dirty water and solids to the side of the wash area and into a specialized solids collection tank.
- Solids Collection Tank: Equipped with three dams that retain solids while allowing water to filter through to an outlet, ensuring efficient separation of contaminants.

- Float Switch Activation: A float switch at the outlet end triggers a diaphragm pump when the water reaches a specified level, ensuring automatic water management.

- Light Chlorination: Ensures the water is lightly chlorinated, making it safe and clean for reuse.

Continuous Water Supply
